We are helping more freelancers and their families than ever before, undertaking area-specific projects, expanding our safety initiatives and researching ways and means to support freelancers who are hard to reach. 

Our charitable work spans four main areas:

• The Beneficiaries Programme distributes charitable grants to freelancers and families in need.

• The Rory Peck Training Fund enables freelancers to undertake hostile environment training

• Our Good Practice work raises the profile of freelancers in the newsgathering industry and promotes their right to work safely and in freedom

• We provide Information and Advice on insurance, training, trauma counselling, safety and other issues to freelancers around the world
